A delegation of Friends of Humanity (FOH) met US Congressman Peter Roskam in his office today and discussed about stranded and homeless people in Bangladesh camps. Ahmed Karim Jangda (FOH president), Ehtesham Arshad Nezami (Secretary General), Sadruddin Noorani (Director) and Iqrar Bokhari (Advisor) were included in meeting. Congressman was informed about the plight of stranded Pakistanis and about their general condition. He was requested to use his good office in resolving this long time humanitarian issue. The delegation presented memorandum and souvenir to the congressman. Mr. Roskam assured to the delegation that he will do his best. He was happy that FOH is working for the welfare of homeless and natural disaster victims here in America too, as FOH Houston chapter headed by Cap Masood Raza distributed relief goods among Texas Harvey Hurricane victims last year.
